贝莱特江门新会物流园位于珠三角经济圈西侧，贯通大湾区核心城市广州、佛山、中山、珠海及横琴新区。园区周边紧连S2518/G15/S49等多条高速公路。

项目计划于2024年第四季度完工，总占地面积134,000 平方米，可满足电商、冷链、智能物流、制药及各种新经济产业的租赁需求。为彰显贝莱特坚持可持续发展的社会责任感，贝莱特江门新会物流园将严格遵循LEED银级标准设计建造。

 

Black Kite Jiangmen Xinhui Logistics Park is a prermium Grade A logistics development located in the western side of thePearl River Delta economic zone connecting to core cities including Guangzhou,Foshan, Zhongshan, Zhuhai andHengqin New Area.
