园区按照LEED银级标准设计建造，配置屋顶光伏满足园区基本用电需求，通用型坡道设计适用于智能制造、电子商务、第三方物流等不同类型客户。奥泰平湖智能制造园将提供约12.4万平方米的现代化高标准双层坡道库，以服务长三角区域的产业需要。
